This is a brilliant opportunity for a Treatment coordinator who has a passion for prioritizing patients and their journey at the clinic.  We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and experienced treatment coordinator to join our kind and caring team. We are a 5-treatment room clinic focused on general, cosmetic dentistry, and facial aesthetics located in the beautiful area of St John's Wood.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the initial point of contact for new patient inquiries.
2. Engage with patients to discuss available treatments, both virtually and in person.
3. Conduct thorough discussions on treatments and present viable finance options.
4. Provide comprehensive support throughout the patient's treatment journey.
5. Maintain effective communication with key business relationships.
6. Ability to cover receptionist duties when required.
7. Actively contribute to business development growth strategies.

Essential Requirements

1. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
2. Driven by achieving key targets with a proven sales track record.
3. Organized with impeccable attention to detail.
4. Motivated and goal-oriented.
5. Previous experience in a sales-focused, customer-centric industry.
6. Dental and facial aesthetics experience (desirable but not essential).
7. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
8. Competent IT proficiency.
9. Use of intra-oral digital scanners (desirable but not essential).

Up to £28,000.00 per year
