PROFILE TRANSFORMATIONS USING SUBTLE CHANGES TO THE FACE IS A WORK OF ART.

Case Study

What a difference levelling the smile can make 🙌🏻
This was a tricky case because of an Anterior Open Bite (ie when back teeth are biting down the front teeth do not meet) as well as some retained baby teeth.
Treatment of these cases usually involve intruding back teeth or extruding the front teeth and more often than not a combination of both. Gum levels and lip lines need to be taken into consideration (and in some more severe cases surgical intervention is required). Usually easier to treat in growing bodies (children/teens) than in adults. Next step for this lovely patient is some implants to replace the baby teeth.

“Invisalign orthodontic treatment”

“3 months of aligner wear”

Orthodontic-restorative case, my favourite combo 🙌🏻
The issues we addressed were:
-Crowding
-Increased overjet/overbite
-Peg laterals
-White/brown spots
-Gum recession
-Chipped edge of upper central

Treatment involved a combination of Invisalign treatment, whitening, composite edge bonding and porcelain veneers.
